14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to decide if it’s right for you. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it—no questions asked.
How to Return Your Item:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return. We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Return your item in its original packaging and condition, including all accessories and documentation. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.
- Ship It Back: Send your item back to us using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping a copy of your shipping receipt for your records. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Receiving Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your refund has been issued. Please note, that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label and offer you a choice of a refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
