Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Coverage VeeRig warrants that the V-Tubing gear (including microphones, capture cards, etc.) sold on our platform are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of original purchase.

2. Remedies If a hardware defect arises within the warranty period, VeeRig will, at its option: (A) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts, (B) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (C) refund the purchase price of the product.

3. How to Obtain Warranty Service To obtain warranty service, contact VeeRig customer service. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.

4. Exclusions and Limitations This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from (1) accident, abuse, misuse, (2) external causes such as floods or earthquakes, (3) normal wear and tear, (4) service by anyone who is not a representative of VeeRig, or (5) use not in accordance with the product instructions.

5. Consumer Protection Under Dutch law, consumers have the right to a product that is of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. These warranty terms do not affect your legal rights under Dutch consumer law.

7. International Warranty Service VeeRig’s warranty coverage extends internationally. However, warranty services provided outside the Netherlands may vary due to local laws and availability of parts and services. Customers seeking service outside the Netherlands are responsible for shipping costs to and from service locations.

8. Transferability of Warranty This warranty is transferable to a new owner of the product, provided that the original or a copy of the proof of purchase is presented by the new owner. This ensures that the remaining warranty period is honored, enhancing the product’s value in the secondary market.

9. Limitation of Liability VeeRig’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund for the product, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover indirect losses or damages, such as lost profits or data, to the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law. This limitation does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable national laws.

10. Proof of Purchase For warranty service, the original sales receipt, or a digital copy, must be provided as proof of purchase and date. Without this proof, warranty services may be denied, or discretionary charges may apply.
